Nicole Meiring is a mother of two who’s main goal is to instil a love for all things wild in her children. Spending as much time in the wild or talking about it will hopefully ensure this. Wildlife photography is a hobby that helps her gain maximum memories from time spent in the bush.

Living in the sleepy fishing town of Melkbos in Cape Town she loves sunsets, sitting around a fire and quiet time with friends and family. One of her short stories was published in 101 Kruger Tales by Jeff Gordon. She hopes that writing about her personal experiences will get others to go out there and make the most of what the African Bushveld has to offer.
